Is 30-45mins on elliptical 5days/week good enough, or should I bump it up? Also, I do elliptical because I have some problems with my ankles and cant go too long on a treadmill.
I am not starting weightlifting yet because I want to loose as much fat before I start lifting weights again (when I started before I gained A LOT of muscle fast, but it made me look fatter because I had muscle with all this fat on top).
