  • Fast or slow race

Worried about finishing last in races? The chances are likely that you won't finish last, but read follow this link for an interesting article. The table at the bottom is rather interesting.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

That was a really good read!!

Do they have indoors races anywhere? My outdoor allergies are horrible. If I am outside more than 10 minutes or so, I get migraines and am in agony for a few days. (and I'm on strong allergy meds already).

I've always wanted to do some races, but the allergy thing has prevented me from even considering it.

I've read though that some people lose their allergy severity after losing weight, so there's hope! I'm an elliptical girl because of it for now!

I have never heard of indoor races, but things may be different in your country.

Yeah, it sounds kind of silly doesn't it? Run laps or something??

Regardless, I have deep admiration for all of you who run races! That's really awesome and I'm sure the high of finishing the race is pretty incredible!
