            I may take 1 day to Recoop but I'll be back full force in the weights Tuesday for sure. OHHH I can't wait it's exciting gotta make me a new Program to keep me excited.

                  Shelly, we all ahve crappy weeks what separates winners from losers is the winners Get back to it and never look back the Losers just keep looking back wishing and waiting. You are jumping right back in it and for that you should Be PROUD of you!!!

                    Today I am my own Inspiration.
                    I guess since I'm going to be playing two games every Sunday until the middle of August, I now have an area of focus for improving my muscular strength. Awesome! I have a focus, lol!
