I need to do some exercise, but I'm at a loss to figure out what to do. Both of my achilles tendons are damaged, and I have a very hard time walking -- great pain and poor balance. I can't do anything that has impact to it. I am bringing the exercise bike up from the basement so that I can use it.
Does anyone have any other suggestions how I can effectively exercise?
