    Hey all, im Down to 215 pounds now with just 15 to go but i really need some advice on toning my body up now expecially my arms since they have stretch marks from bein overweight so im tryin to tighten the skin, any help would be greatly appreciated thanx

    I would start a weight lifting Program to Tone your Upper Body you can come over to the Bodybuilding 101 thread and check it out. Weight training is a great way to tone and shape just ask any of the gals doing it over there. They have all had amazing loss of inches with adding weight training to their Programs
