  • Need some advice (looking for someone similar)

I'm 6'5" and about 260lbs. I carry most of my weight in my upper body and have had a bad back for years. I would like to start doing some weight training, but do not want to gain size, I want to tone up instead.

I'm looking for a nice 30-45 minute workout. Thanks in advance.

If you want to Just tone and Not gain size Do High reps up to 20 but do Moderate weight. DOn't do light weight or you won't tone up much either. You want to fatigue the muscle but you do not want to stimulate it to build up. By lifting the heavy heavy weights you put your body under stress and break the muscle down in turn building it up. By lifting modest weights you still break it down but you do not stimulate it to build bigger just repair and Look damn good.

    Hope that helps you.
