    Saturday: 13.5 miles on the trail.

    Slacky week: 5.2, 6.3, 13.5 = 25 miles

      Well if you think that's slcking Betty you are INsain you did Fabbo.

      I have been slacking I just don't wanna run on the damn TM right now though too nice outside and being able to run outside is not an option so I go on the TM but, I don't like it right now

        I don't blame you for not wanting to run on the treadmill, but its a wee bit better than nothing, right? Hang in there!! Running is your life (as it is mine!) and we gotta do what we gotta do!

        Girl, running outside today was nearly impossible .. it was so daggoned hot and humid. Like 82 degrees and 94% humidity at 6:30 a.m. ... But like I said, running is our life, so we come to conquer!!

            8k race today, not happy with the results. 4-1/2 minutes slower than last year but way at the bottom. Last year 48:05 put me in the top 66% of finishers. Today 52:48 put me 417th out of 447(93%), at least I wasn't last.

            What can I expect gaining 25 pounds back? I'm such a jerk. No more messing around I need to take the rest of this weight off for good. I embarrassed myself today.
