  • Seductive Running

I've noticed that a lot of people here seem to be into running.

Did you get interested in running BECAUSE of you weight loss (more energy, more confidence, easier to move, etc.) or was the interest there BEFORE you lost weight?

I started, because I discovered I could actually do it. Once I started, I have found I have got better and better.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Re: Seductive Running

I got into it to KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF. Little did I know, that was only one of the many benefits! I am 50 1/2 and have absolutely NO ACHES OR PAINS, and tons of energy .. way more than I had at 40!! Running is great stress relief and very relaxing for me. I love the empowering feeling that those endorphins bring!
