I should have known that you would have it in your monster collection!

Thanks Brook. I've ordered it, it should be here Tuesday.

Oh Rae! LOL I really hope you like it as much as I do. It's tons of fun. The music is bumpin' and the time goes by really quickly. It's *always* a sweatfest for me, and like Tae-Bo and similar programs, it's pretty darn empowering when you know you've got a solid cross-hook-jab-knee-knee-back kick combo down

          Re: Turbo Jam

I bought it the other day - Should be here Tuesday. I have Tae-Bo too, and like it but my tapes are about 10+ years old. I wanted something new. I actually bought it from QVC rather than the infomercial site - it was cheaper. The set includes:

Learn and Burn, Turbo Jam, Turbo Sculpt, Ab Jam, Cardio Party, and Booty Sculpt.

I looked and it seemed these are the same work-outs/DVDs that offered by the informercial people.

Which tape am I going to want to start with? I am in pretty good physical shape (minus the extra 20 pounds)!!

My husband is going to be out of town for atleast another 5 weeks. I want to see what damage I can do it that time...hubba-hubba!

Start with Learn & Burn - just to make sure you've got the form down for some of the moves she does. If you're comfy, dive right on into the 20 minute workout and give it a go!

I'm anxious to hear what you think about it

I just got my TJ DVD's and I'm feeling good already. The work out goes by so fast and you don't even notice you are exercising. I really enjoyed the Slim in 6 series but I could only get to week 4 because I got bored.

I just check the delivery status, my DVDs should be here today! I am actually excited.

I rearranged the basement furniture to give me a little more wiggle room.

                    I'M EXCITED!

I hope I can get the results I am looking for before DH gets back. He will be home in roughly 32 days! (assuming his deployment doesn't get extended)

I can do some damage in four weeks, right?..RIGHT? RIGHT!?!?!

There are two ladies, one that lost 45 lbs and one that lost 70 lbs that show you how to do the modified version. Im only on day 4 and already my clothes aren't as tight. Im still a klutz, not very co-ordinated yet but it is so much fun, I'm going to push play now!

In 4 weeks, if you work it HARD, you can make serious progress. I went down TWO sizes in 6 weeks.
What is it, a RACE? It's coming off, right????

                            TWO SIZES!? OMG! That's great.

The DVDs came last night. I am going to try them out this afternoon. I am thinking of putting my bathroom scale in my husbands truck so I am not tempted to weight myself - I'm a dork.

Rae, that doesn't make you a dork!!! That makes you smart! Smarter still to throw it in the lake, which is what I should do

I just noticed though that you are 5'9", and shooting for 143. What size are you NOW? My success was hard work, but I also had a lot of fat to work with, and went from a loose 12/tight 10 to a perfect 8/tight 6. So, if you are already a 6, you may not have quite as dramatic results, as you have so much less to lose, y'know? Also though 2 sizes for me were about 15 lbs. Well, since then, I've lost 15 more, but not needed new clothes. So, it's not very predictable.

But you work it, work it hard, and I PROMISE you'll have more energy, better tone, better stamina and more motivation! That DOES seem to be universal.

Can't wait to see how you progress!!!

                              Hugs
