  • Rael Pilates DVD set review

I bought 3 dvd's from Rael Isacowitz. I did the first one today. There are 3 dvd's in the set, 7, 17, and 27. I really like this set.
"System 7 provides an introduction to the fundamentals of Pilates. System 17 offers an intense Pilates workout that builds on the fundamentals of System 7. System 27, takes you beyond the Pilates fundamentals into the next level of mastery."
He is very thorough and he has three women doing the moves as he adjusts and explains. I bought it on an ebay auction, but they're also available on his site as well as a few other places. The movements are all inspired by Joseph Pilates but some of the choreography is different. I haven't seen anything used other than a mat so if you have no equipment it's a good one also.

I have the Windsor Pilates DVDs, three dvds as well with basic movements, then 20 mins workout and advances body slimming workout.
So far it's very good! But I'm aching all over
