      Good Morning Betty and everyone!

      I got about a 3 mile run in last night before the big thunderstorm ended it. I had about 1 mile left to do when the rain came down. My husband came and picked me up just in time! Boy did it rain!

        Happy Wednesday! 4 1/2 miles last night - it was a hot one but well worth it. Felt great.

          Sorry I was MIA yesterday with a Horrible Migran and an attack of insanity when I ate a Lindor chocolate bar breaking my cheat free run, ah well hey, I can live in the world sometimes I am pretty happy with myself I have learned sooo much from this WOE that I didn't BINGE I ate only one and I can Honestly say that I am back on and I am even in Ketosis COOL. Must be all the Muscles HE HE

          I got Done my exercise I am Back in Ketosis so it's all good YAY!!!

          I did 30 minutes running 6MPH then I lifted Upper Body weights.

          Shoulder Press Dropset 7x80lbs,7x70lbs,6x60lbs,6x50lbs,5x40lbs ( no rest between sets)
          Quick change Shoulder fly Superset 25x10lbs
          3 minute rest
          Seated Rows Dropset 10x80lbs,8x70lbs,8x60lbs,8x50lbs,8x40lbs (no rest between sets)
          Quick Change Front Lat Pulls SUperset 25x50lbs
          3 minute rest
          Hammer Curls Dropset 10x25lbs,10x20lbs,10x15lbs,13x10lbs,12x10lbs ( no rest between sets)
          Quick Change Spider Curls Superset 25x30lbs
          3 minute rest
          Overhead Tricep Ext Dropset 6x80lbs,6x70lbs,6x60lbs,6x50lbs,8x40lbs ( no rest between sets)
          Quick change Tricep Ext Superset 20x30lbs
          3 minute rest
          Seated Chest Press 6x80lbs,6x70lbs,5x60lbs,5x50lbs,6x40lbs ( no rest between sets)
          Quick Chnge Chest Flies Superset 20x10lbs

          Oh ya my arms are like Jello I did great feel like I really burned off that Chocolate bar ROFL.

                    IT's been a bad week w/ not enough time to dedicate to my well being (or get a decent handful of hours of sleep!), but o well...

                    Tues ~ 20 min walk
                    Wed ~ 30 min jog
                    Thurs ~ 30 min jog

                    One more day to try to get my jog in for the week!

                      kjspea - at least you are getting some exercise - good for you for squeezing whatever you can in. Every little bit helps and makes you feel good.

                      Last night - no run but did play tennis. It was hot and sticky but fun.

                        30 minute High speed run went almost 4 miles WOOHOOO for me then I walked for 10 minutes

                          Fri ~ 30 min downhill run to GG Bridge
                          No running this weekend

                          Have a nice weekend everyone, looking forward to nice fresh new week and hope to add mileage to the group on Monday!
