  • Arm flab and exercise

Hey everyone. I exercise a lot but can't seem to get my arms to firm up any. I have severly flabby arms and I know it's from losing and gaining all the time. Has anyone had any luck firming up their arms. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks!

All you can do is continue to lower your body fat and build up the muscle. <shrug>

I've come to grips with the fact I will always have bat wings. LOL But they're gonna be the most toned batwings around.

        Re: Arm flab and exercise

I've added a lot of arm work recently. Biceps, triceps, deltoids, pecs -- all of it. On top of that, I'm dry brushing and/or using loofah mitts in the shower to massage all over. Then I massage lotion into the skin, spending a little extra time on my trouble areas. I've noticed a difference just in tone and tightness. Nothing epic, but something is better than nothing!

All of this helps, but does not eliminate the problem. Oh, and drink a lot of water! It helps hydrate the skin!

        Good luck.

Invest in some good dumbbells and do lots of tricep extensions (dumbbell overhead, bent at the elbow behind head and raise)... also some good old-fashioned push ups .. yeah I know, but just do it!
