I am wondering for those that use the walk away the pounds videos (did my first one today!) how do you log this on fitday?

Week 1 (6/21-6/27)
1. Drink at least 1 gallon plain water daily
2. Try at least 3 new recipes (this will be tough-I always prepare things the same-this will encourage me to try things differently and include foods that are different for me)
3. Try at least 5 new foods on acceptable foods list (this will also be tough being that I only have a set food list of about 10 things I eat)
4. Begin exercising by walking everyday.
5. Take a before picture of myself
