I saw this DVD at the store the other day and I thought why not pick it up and see what it's all about. I'm so glad I did! When I did the mat workout 2 days ago, I had to stop a few times for a few seconds and when I did it today, I went straight through it. That in itself felt so good! I can feel my abs so I guess that says I'm doing it right. She recommends 3 times a week so that's what I'm agonna do!
