Has anyone experienced water weight gain after starting a new workout. My muscles are really sore and I thought I have heard i,n the past, muscles will hold water as they recover..

    Thanks,

Yes, it happens initially, but within a few days, your muscles will adjust and WOOSH goes the water. Do not sweat it! (pardon the pun!) Keep working out; its oh so worth it!

Thanks. I was pretty sure it was just water from muscle recovery. I will continue with the workout and hope for a Woosh soon!

        Thanks again.
