ok ive been doing atkins for awhile, without doing excersize, i decided i wanted to start walking ALOT, so yesterday at first it started off as a walk to the beach with friend, But it turned into a 7kilometre walk. when i got home, we had painters in my house, so i decided to walk the block 4 times, which was another 8 ks
feeling good about myself, and wanting to continue this much walking daily, i decided to go for a 8k walk today, but was shocked that i had put on 2 kilos when i havent put on weight in a long long time,
Is there a reason for putting on weight after walking so much? do muscles swell and does that cause weight gain? Should i stop walking, or ignore the scales for a few weeks and then weigh myself?
