I just started a yoga regimen for several reasons. The main being that my body likes it. I always feel soooooo good after. I'm mixing this in with 2 mile walks throughout my work week at about 10am. I got Gaiam Yoga for Weight Loss at Target.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has any experience with this? I don't see many yoga threads around here...
