YAAHHHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Started a nice slow recovery run this morning and turned it into a nice slow ten miler. Ran the whole way except for a very short stop to handle some charging dogs, and a 2 minute break to drink some water at home. Like I said it was slow but steady, most of it I felt like I could run all day at that pace. Kept my heart rate below 170 averaging 152 for the run. Oh, my time? 1:57:41 Slow and steady finishes the race.
Rest day tomorrow, 4.6 mile race Tuesday.
