    K I just Got done it I can't do enough weight at home But, with my 3 kids it's hard to get out of the House to go to the Gym so I use what I have but my legs are definately not getting as good a workout any more may have to start doing 1 leg at a time.

        Good luck with your medications and caffiene.

        I never got caught up with drinking caffiene of any sort so I don't know what it feels like to go off of it but I can only imagine that it is tough.

        Personally, I drink water with lemons and once in a while a little brewed green tea that is de-caffienated. I also never drink and don't take any sort of medications, which makes me feel great, not even tylenonl. (sp)

        I used to have to take medication for my migranes but since I changed my lifestyle, I never have had another headacche.

        I feel that most natural you can be, the better, in terms of what you put in your body.

        So, good luck with everything. It will take some time to adjust but I am sure you will do great!
