  • WOWY.com -- Have YOU ever used this site?

I was just looking over the Slim in 6 info and also went and browsed around www.wowy.com.

Has anyone ever used that site to track their progress or join a workout group?

    Just curious...

Ah, thanks for letting me know. It did seem like a neat site from what I've seen of it. There are still more places for me to browse in it.

They have a lot of really neat features. I never got too involved with all of them because I do all my journaling in FitDay PC and the LAST thing I need is to spend more time re-entering information.

I really like being able to log-in with my workout though and see who else is braving the BeachBody sadists

I wonder if you can customize it? I saw that someone just had walking/running on their exercise...
