  • Besides strength training, what is good for upper body??

    For those of us who want to speed up our loss in our stomachs and chest, what's the BEST workouts???

    I already do strength training at the gym 2 times a week.
    I'm gonna start loving me.

    Not sure exactly what you are asking, but if you are wondering how to lose the fat in your chest and stomach, then focus on cardio.

    You cannot do an exercise to lose the fat in one area of the body (such as crunches to get washboard abs) if you have fat covering the muscle.

    you must first lose the fat before the muscle becomes visible and appears "tone."

    This means you should focus on a cardio workout to lose body fat. When your body fat decreases, it will also decrease in your cheat and stomach.

    It is not popular but that is the way to lose body fat - cardio.

      Snorkelman, do we share the same brain? You read my mind perfectly every time!

      Yep, spot reducing is a myth, so cardio is the ABSOLUTE best way to burn body fat all over. 30 minutes minimum per day .. more if you can. Your heart rate should be in the 70% of maximum zone.

          They are all right the cardio is key, really if you don't do it already start running if you can, you will thank yourself for it later.
