Yay! The firm is great!! I couldn't get through it the first 2 times I did it. Thought I was going to die!! I bought it on Ebay for $20.00 w/ 5 DVD's (Yay for that too!). It guarantee's results in 10 workouts. We'll see! Anyone else have it or had any success w/ it?

You can not help but have fantastic results if you stick with the workouts. It's that simple.

The FIRM series are fantastic workouts! If you don't have trouble with the choreography or find it distracting, they can really fly because of the way they break up the cardio and strength in them. I really like them!

If you were going to choose between THE FIRM or SLIM IN 6, which would you pick?

          For me? Slim in Six.

They're both fantastic, but personally? I find the choreography in the FIRM somewhat distracting.

I like Si6 because it's straight forward, no BS jumpy/dancey stuff. Work. Sweat.

I have probably 75% of The FIRM's collection and I use them and like them a lot, but I always go back to Si6.

THE FIRM is EXTREMELY effective. I remember when I did it for about 3 weeks straight and the side saddles on my hips virtually dissapeared.

I love The Firm! It is really a challenge though. I like the Supercharged Sculpting the best. It is the only one that i do not mess up the movements. I haven't heard of Slim in Six... i'll have to check that out.
