Hi All,
Just wanted to post that this morning I started Hal Higdon's 30/30 beginning runners plan. It's a little slower pace than the Couch to 5k plan I have seen alot of people are using to get started running.
My first session actually went really well. I began with the 10 minute walk and then went into 30 seconds jog/90 seconds walk for 15 minutes, followed by 5 minute walk. I will continue that for one week and then move to 30 seconds jog/60 seconds walk.
I really want to run some races in the future. I have three brothers who were all runners in high school and have continued running after high school. Two of them have run marathons. I know it's in the genes

My running (jogging) goals are these:

Touch base later with progress...
