  • 20 Miles!

    Just had to shout about it here really.

    In the last week I have run 20 miles! the most I have ever done in one week in my life!!!!!!

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                Way to go what a HUGE accomplishment I am trying to get back there myself but, don't have the desire to run inside in the summer WINTER well that's when I get hard core training.

                  I have my own little spreadsheet going. So far Since April I have covered close to 75 miles. But I did have an injury for a month of that, so its not too sloppy. imho
