      Well, I ended up going OUTSIDE for a walk/jog of 35 minutes. 5 minutes walking warm up and then 1 minute jog/1 minute walk intervals for the next 25 minutes and a 5 minute cool down.

      Go me!

      Oh, my heart rate monitor said I burned 707 calories! WOOHOO!

        Upper Body done:
        Chest Press 12x20, 12x30, 12x30
        Back--Lat Pulldowns 12x20, 12x40, 12x40
        Shoulders: Military Press 12x20, 8x30, 10x20
        Biceps: Hammer Curls 12x15, 8x20, 12x15
        Triceps: Straight Bar Pushdowns 12x40, 12x40, 12x40

        Feels good. Sort of feel like going to do some cardio, sort of dont. I don't want to burn out...so maybe I'll just skip.

          I hope so went dancing again this weekend Back to weights Tomorrow kinda slcking but, I have been sooo busy with everything it's totally nuts.

          I am hoping the weather stays nice I may be able to run later on outside that would rock.

                    OMG I just realized that I didn't post my upper body workout from day b4 yesterday. Oops!!

                    Triceps: Rope Pushdowns 12x20, 12x30, 12x30
                    Back: Seated Cable Rows 12x40, 12x50, 12x50
                    Biceps: Standing Cable Curls 12x40, 12x40, 12x40
                    Chest: Cable Crossovers 12x30, 12x20, 12x20
                    Shoulders: Bent Over Cable Rear Deltoid Raises 6x20: I couldn't do these too good. Too heavy so then I did Lateral Raises 12x15, 12x10, 12x10
                    Hyperextensions: 3 sets 12xBW

                        Way to go I have been MIA due to internet being down for almost 3 days AHHH I ahve been going insain. I got my workouts done though and today I went running 4 miles OUTSIDE yay love it I ahven't lost a thing it was awesome. I am sooo glad I am in such wicked shape. I also walked for 2 miles and then played ball for an hour or so and well I ahve been busy all day long.

                          I am back at it tomorrow in force. I have gained back all but a few pounds I had lost, which is UGH.

                          I am going to work on cardio for a bit more than I will the weight lifting, unless I really feel gung ho when I get to the gym tomorrow. I have serious work to catch up and make up! Luckily I kept my workout sheets I made in excel, so at least if I get up the urge, I'll have them there to see what body parts I need to work!
