Anyway, I did an upper body workout:
Cable rows 12x60, 12x70, 12x70
Cable pulldowns 12x40, 12x50, 12x50
Tricep Extensions 12x15, 12x20, 12x25
Hammer Curls 12x20, 12x20, 12x20
Chest Press 12x30, 12x30, 12x30
Then I came home and did 30 minutes HIIT on the ellip.
