    Body Sculpting by Gilad

    Does anyone else love this show like I do?? I absolutely LOVE Gilad .. he's on FitTV (digital cable channel) several times a day ... 6:30 p.m. eastern is my appointed hour with this GURU of fitness.

    The man rocks!

      Back in the early 90's I used to work out 30 minutes with Denise Austin and then 30 minutes with Gilad. I thought his workout was a little more intense and liked it.

      I haven't seen him in about 10+ years and I think it is so cool that he is still going strong!

              Isn't that the same guy who's done his videos in Hawaii?? I think I just saw an exercise tape for a buck at the thrift store yesterday. Man, I can't believe he's still around and popular. My ex-SIL use to sware up and down he's the one to work out to.
