I haven't excercised this hard in a long time and I can't quite remember if this is normal or not. But I think I look bigger!
I'm freaking out cause I measured my waist two days ago and it was 29 1/2" and this morning it was 31" WTF. My legs look bigger too, I can't figure out why that is.
Do you guys think it's because the muscles in my abs and thighs are gettign bigger and the fat hasn't gotten the clue yet? I have really been focusing my workouts to those two areas.
Any suggestions?
