But still 18 minutes behind the winner. Last night I entered another 5 mile road race. I am please with my time, knocking a couple of seconds off of my fastest 5 mile race to date.
It was nice that between the 2.5 mile mark and the 4 mile mark I found someone who was running at roughly the same pace as me. So we sort of kept each other going. It also helped that she was quite attractive........
Heres looking forward to the next one. (Race that is). There is another 5 mile road race on the 27th August which I will be entering.
