  • Tendinitis!

I've recently found myself with sharp leg pains and slight numbness in the top part of my right foot, which has been making it painful to walk. I went to the Walk-In clinic and the doctor diagnosed it as tendinitis and prescribed an anti-inflammatory. Now this means I have to stay off my feet and walking has been the major part of my exercise regime! Are there any simple exercises I can do for the next week or so that don't require the use of my right leg? lol...I'm 5lbs from goal and don't want lack of exercise to stall/make me gain!

    Re: Tendinitis!

Swimming maybe. Versa-climber if you have a gym available. i would say biking or elliptical but you'll still flex your foot. The best thing to do is take care of it. You could focus on upper body and abs this week.
