Okay, I love the idea of the stair climb challenge. After going through the list of virtual mountains and buildings and seeing the CN Tower, I thought to myself, why not climb the actual thing?
I think that 4 months should be enough time to prepare for this. Since I would have to climb all 3500 steps at once, I wonder now how I'll do.
Under no circumstances do I want to give up midway!! But what would be the best way to train for this?
I want to make it to the top alive and without needing a wheelchair on my way home. Tired and exhausted, yes, but still being able to indulge in the accomplishment WHILE still being up and enjoying the view.
Can some of the exercise pros give me advice on how to approach this?
