Hi everybody,
Today is my 2nd day of atkins. I am experiencing terrible carb withdrawl symptoms.I want a advice on my menu diet
Breakfast:2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch:4 hard boiled eggs
Dinner: Steam chicken breast pieces(2 large) with a small bowl of cucumbers, onions and tomatoes and 2 boiled eggs.
I am not a cheese and mayonnaise lover.In addition i am excercising 1 hr daily and drinking 8 glasses of water.But after my exercise i get terrible craving for eating carb rich foods which get very difficult to tolerate. I feel depress and irritable.Due to these terrible craving for carb in past i had started induction so many times but cheated on 2nd or 3 rd day. I am desperate to loose those extra pounds quickly in 2 months before my sis wedding but scared of withdrawl effects.plz help
