Hello all!!This is the first time i even post somthing in this Atkins forum!!
I am not doing any Atkins Diet (for now) but I am thinking of doing under a Full Protein Diet soon!!
It really attracted me this thread because I bought an elliptical machine 3 weeks ago, and have been working out since then for an hour 4 times a week!!!
I am not feeling that I had lost a kilo since then, but I do feel that my body looks different!
I have been depressed and stressed due to some personal reasons, which really doesnt help me in losing a kilo at the moment, but on the contrary, I am affraid of gaining.. this is why I am thinking to start a protein diet as I mentioned before! But there is an issue driving me nuts: The thing is that I have a concern about the elliptical trainer... well, I was a member in a local gym, and used to use an elliptical machine before getting my own... there I used to work out also an hour and used to burn 700 calories in that hour... now, with my own trainer I only burn 300 calories/hour!!!!
I know that the calories counters are not accurate.. but to this extent?Please anyone advise about this issue! I am getting crazy about why am I only burning those 300 calories
and believe me, I really get tired after it, and sweat like never before!!!!thank you all!!
