Hi everyone! I am on induction day 6 and decided to waste no time by putting off the work out part. I dug out my excercise videos from my when I was very successful on Atkins a few years back. I must say my first workout was a very humbling experience. I barely got through it, which just shows me how much better my health was, and can be.
