    check your heart rate will you walk if you are above the threshold then you will.

    if right now 3.5 is all you can do they do that for a week and next week do 3.6 and see if you can go there then 3.7 you will be amazed at how fast you canup your speed when you do it daily.

    HIIT ( alternating going all out fasst with fat burn rate to recover) will burn the most fat for the same amount of time.

      I can definately try that, I'm not sure what my heart rate should be at but when I check it at the gym it's usually between 150-170. I'm not sure if that good or where I'm supposed to be at.

        Heart rate monitors are superb. When I was working out on my cruise the machine itself would adust to keep my heartrate right in the fat burning zone. While I lack that luxery now, I am going to invest in a quality HRM and do it myself.

          should be a chart in the gym you can use to tell where your rate should be. ask at the desk
