  • Another race!

    This time its going to be easier as there are no silly hills, its all on the road and its only 5 miles.

    Taking place on Sunday, I will report next week.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

    hope your roads are not sloped for drainage like ours so you are running with one leg lower then the other.

                i finished it in 103rd place out of 170 finishers. I am very happy with that, shame I couldnt have finished in the top 100 though.

                My time was 46:06. The winner did it in 26:32 and the last place person 92:32 (ish). A fun race and I beat quite a few "club runners".
