I can't seem to gete my waist to hip ratio within the "healthy" range.
After losing weight and inches and measuring, here's where I've progressed
March
waist 39
hips 42.5
weight 186
WHR .92
June
waist 32
hips 39
weight 156
WHR .82
July
waist 32
hips 39
weight 148.6
WHR .82
August
waist 30.5
hips 38
weight 142.6
WHR .8
So I'm losing and it's wonderful, but I guess I've always been an "apple" shape and I can't seem to get my waist to be significantly smaller than my hips.
Any suggestions, stories, etc?
My bodyfat percentage is also still pretty high according to the measurements. My bmi has dropped significantly, from 32.9 to 25.22, but the percentage of fat has gone form 42.28 to 32.66. It's a great progression, but i'm pretty close to my healthy weight range and I would think that it should be lower. Maybe I should get the hydrostatic measurement done.
