Hey guys I am posting exercise for the first time in what seems like a long time PHEW.
OH it was a GREAT day I feel sooo good today YAY a good day it's been quite a few weeks since I felt like this. I feel very refreshed rechared and can hope that tomorrow is the same YAY.
I ran for 5 miles today took 1 hour walked for 10 minutes then lifter Upper body weights.
Upright rows 3x12x70lbs
Bicep cable curls 3x12x70lbs
Front Lat Pulls 3x12x60lbs
tricep cable ext 3x12x70lbs
seated chest flies 3x12x60lbs
Felt good to do it not as intense as usual but it felt good.

I ran 5 miles today 2 good days in a row Gotta love that I am feeling yucky now but I had a good morning. I figured out that within about 8 hours of taking my meds I feel sick but the morning is good so I will try and keep exercising in the morning.
