    Just 4 days to go

    Until my first ever half marathon, where I will be lining up with 14,999 other runners. Looking forward to it, but slightly nervous.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Wow good for you Rich! and Good luck! I'm running my first 10k this Sunday (for Charity) it's not a 'race' so there's no limit, but i'm nervous anyway so I know how you feel.

          Good luck to you too, Sadie. I always get nervous before a race. Normally just at the start before the gun goes off, so I know how you feel. Good luck. What sort of time are you aiming for?

                                          I have an appointment with my doctor in an hours time to discuss my toe. First impressions are that it is gout.

                                          Tests will prove me right or wrong.
