I started atkins back in april and lost 40lbs without ever setting foot in the gym. I just started back in the gym in the last month and a half, and I have lost no weight. Now, I understand that I am gaining muscle, but shouldnt I still see some weight loss? I execise 6 days and I am very clean with my diet. My goal is to be 250 by December, and I feel I wont be able to make it now
I am just starting to get frustrated, and feel like I should stop lifting weight and concentrate just on cardio.
What should I do?
