Has anyone ever seen/heard of Cynthia Kereluk's exercise videos? I looked on Ebay and couldn't find anything and was just wondering if they were still out.

I believe she is from Canada. My MIL lost her tape and is desparately trying to find one.

If you have any info, I'd appreciate it. I found an address on the internet and I'm requesting information to see if they can help.

Anyone ever tried her workout? If so, what did you think?

Cynthia Kereluk (born 9th January 1962) is a fitness and exercise guru from British Columbia, Canada. In 1984 she won the Miss Canada title. From 1985 to 2000 she reached both a Canadian (WTN) and American (Lifetime cable network) audience through television with her exercise program, Everyday Workout. She has held fitness workshops and telephone consultations; she has contributed to exercise videos and books; and she has produced her own videos which demonstrate her technique. Kereluk has had small parts in four movies; Mark of Cain (1985), Pink Chiquitas(1986), Not Just a Dirty Movie (1986), Body Count (1986).

I also got one that said she was on a Lifetime cable fitness program, maybe that company would sell videos? It is called Everyday Workout (see imdb biography section). But there was nothing on amazon so I don't hold out much hope, you'll have to be looking 2nd hand.

I found one on ebay for you! It is called Cynthia Kereluk’s Workout III Cardiovascular and has a start price of $15. The seller says it is new and still shrink wrapped. I just went to ebay.com and typed Kereluk in the search bar.
