If you could only choose one cardio video to workout to, which one would it be?
I guess I would have to choose Walk Away the Pounds, Walk and Jog if I could only use one because I can do it several times a day if I need more cardio, it's not too painful to do if I am tired or don't feel good, and I enjoy walking. It also isn't too strenuous.
I have a Latin Dance workout that I love, I also enjoy working out to a Sweatin' to the Oldies tape that I bought in 6th grade after my teacher made us do it everyday in class. It was so much fun that I had to do it at home.
