    Lying Single Leg Raises

    Starting Position
    Lie on back with right leg straight and left leg bent so foot is flat on the ground. Relax head and neck on mat or ground. Arms should be placed to your side.

    Action
    Lift right leg to the top of the left knee, keeping the right leg straight. Hold for 2 seconds and return to starting position. Complete number of repetitions and alternate.

    Special Instructions
    Perform in a slow and smooth motion.

      cool, we got a dude doing an exercise!

      i can add this one to my leg lifts. i do something similar but i lay on my side and raise the leg. i can add this with no problem.

      my poor stats journal .... the daily entries are getting longer and longer because of the added exercises.

        2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
        but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

        .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN
