    IS IT OK TO DO A WORKOUT THAT COMBINES AEROBIC WITH NON-AEROBIC EXERCISE (TAE BO BOOTCAMP SPECIFICALLY) AND STILL DO WEIGHTS.

    PLEASE HELP NO-ONE SEEMS TO WANT TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION.

    Guy, I have heard of Tae Bo, but not 100% sure what it is. But to answer your question all exercise is good exercise.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      I don't see why not. I did a boot camp class on Monday; however, I waited until Tuesday to do weight training, and I'm glad I did...the instructor would have been peeling me off the floor if I hadn't waited...it was exhausting!

      So, yeah, do the Tae Bo Boot Camp (gotta love Billy Blanks) and do weight training, but I would do weight training on a separate day.

        as long as you allow the weight training muscles a day off from weight training to recover you are fine you can use the muscles doing aerobic stuff the same day and the next day just not weight liting heavy weights day after day.

          thanks you guys, its just that i love tae bob bootcamp and i didn't want to have to stop doing it because of my weight training
