  • Stubborn Scale!

    Hello Everyone,

I re-started Atkins on October 21st, cheated twice (once on Halloween) and just started walking an hour a day since October 31st. The scale has been slow to move, but my clothes are falling off of me. Is this normal? I mean I want to be smaller, but the scale shows little movement.

    Thx

    Re: Stubborn Scale!

It's actually a really good idea to take your measurements as well as weighing. when in weightloss I did weigh on a regular basis, but found the biggest different was in my measurements.

Now in maintance, rather than focus on a number, I try to focus on how I feel, and the way my clothes fit.

The scale is your guide, not the final word on your progress! Scales lie; clothes do not! GREAT JOB!

remember nobody sees the scale number when you walk in the room all they see is the healtheir smaller you.

there are a varity of complex bio chen reasosn for fat to be burned off and no scale movenet from fluid retaining to muscle growth. it will eventually come down as you keep working your Atkins
