  • Your favorite Work Out Instructor

We all know that slim-in-6 is a killer work-out and definitely gives some results, as well as some other popular series out there. However, we all have some favorite instructors just because of their style and the way they motivate.

I was just curious as to who everybody's favorite instructor is and why

    For instance:

My favorite instructor is Denise Austin because she always wears such a big smile and I have to giggle about how enthusiastic she is. Plus, she seems to be able to tell when you've forgotten to pull in your abs, and doesn't seem to mind pushing you past your limits and still saying you can do it :P

My Mom's favorite instructor is Jane Fonda because of her fun routines and her personality while working out. Plus more of her videos are just funner to watch and make you feel like you're having a fun time while you're working out.

So! Say who your favorite instructor is and why

I'm a Cindy Crawford girl! Her tapes I can stick with far longer than any others, and they really work (though are a little old fashioned now), though my friends always mock me for having exercise tapes generally. She is a bit perfect looking though, which can be a self-esteem dent.

My Mum used to have a Jane Fonda low impact one which had a little storyline about a guy being locked in the studio afterwards - which always used to make me laugh. But she is quite high energy, which is good.

Callenesthics (or something like that?!) was definately the hardest one I've ever done.

Hmm...well I'm not a big video/DVD person...I like real live instructors because they don't let me cheat! But I'd have to say that the best I've seen are Mari Winsor, Billy Blanks, and what the heck is that yoga guy's name...Rodney Yin? No that just sounds like Rodney King....Randall Yeo? Oh shoot I can't remember...grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
