  • Slim in 6 = Painkillers

    Hi Everyone

    I Started Slim in 6 a couple of days ago and I am so sore does anyone know of any painkillers that I can take? I am so happy with the workout that I got but boy oh boy am I feeling it today. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as always
    SW 262, CW 248, GW 165

    1st Goal - 235lbs
    2nd Goal - 220lbs
    3rd Goal - 205lbs
    4th Goal - 190lbs
    5th Goal - 175lbs
    Ultimate Goal - 165lbs

    I would suggest aleve--that's what I take for muscle aches and soreness. The best thing to do is to go for a walk, stretch, move your muscles, yet move gently. It will help with the soreness.

      I generally use peppermint oil or take Motrin for aches and pains. Hope that you feel better! Congrats on the awesome workout!

        My suggestion would be avoid the painkillers and just keep doing the workouts...trust me...the pain goes away. It's brutal when you first start them...the first few workouts...but keep plugging away with them and the pain will go away...trust me...I know from personal experience. Also, use the Slim and Limber workout. That's a great one to stretch out the muscles. If you're using the Slim Series, do Cool It Off...that's another great stretching video.
