Sunday - an 8 mile very cross country race. Fell into the mud 4 times and was caked in it from head to foot.

A very slow time of 1:38:41, but thats down to the terrain. It was swamp like in more than one patch.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

It was though Betty, I had a smile on my face at all times. It was such an experience.

I finished 117 out of 121, so not great. But wat the heck.

Rich, if I was caked in mud from head to toe, I wouldn't even finish at all. Mud and I don't get along. Which is why I'm happy that all we have here in West Central Florida is SAND.

I have put in my time as well this week. 4 miles Saturday, and today with 35 minutes on the elliptical yesterday. I am working off the low carb cheesecake that I made for Thanksgiving. Now that is gone, and I have a good reason to be motivated again.

3 miles Saturday and 7 miles this morning. Getting back to it. Eating right. In ketosis and feeling in charge again!
