  • ADBB Exercise of the Day 12/7/06


    Boxer
    Starting Position
    Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees bent, torso almost parallel to floor. Hug elbows to sides, hands near chest.

    Action
    EXHALE: Extend left arm forward (palm down), right arm back (palm up).

    INHALE: Hug arms in.

    Repeat, switching arms.

    Special Instructions
    Keep back flat and arms parallel to the floor, head in a neutral position looking at the ground.

    Muscles Worked: Upper back, shoulders

    i am pretty sure we had this one already and apparently you thought to torture me with it for todays' 5 minutes challenge. i felt like a dork doing these! lolol

      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        Hey! This is great! I'll have to check back daily and do these. Wish I had known, I see you've been doing them for awhile. I tend to just read my same three boards daily and rarely venture - today I did and found this!

        Off to do them now!
