In general when does everyone find the best time to go go to the gym is. By this I mean, when are the least amount of people there! It is now 1040 am and I have prcrastinated for 3 hours since I woke up. I really don't want to go now because I am afraid I am going to run into all kinds of people there. So how does like 2pm sound? better time?

During the week day, I'd say 10 am is a banner time to go. Well, it was at the one I went to last Spring.
Go. Don't procrastinate. LOL...besides, you may persuade someone to give up a machine just for you if you bat your eye lashes and smile pretty.

From my experience, and time before 5pm is generally ok. It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Alright... I have to go donate plasma today and pick up my MRI pictures on my ankle so I will go sometime between them I guess. I should probably do it before I donate my plasma though
Arrgghhh this would be so much easier if I just had my own gym here at home! LOLOLOL

I think it depends who belongs to your gym. If it's a lot of "9 to 5ers" then it'll probably be busy from 6-8am and 4-6pm. If it's a lot of college kids, the place will be packed from 10-3pm, and 6-9pm. At my gym it's a mix of both. During the week I like to go at 6pm, when the crowds leave. On weekends I go in the mornings, because that way I KNOW I'll get whatever machine I want and won't have to wait--people sleep in on Saturdays, apparently. Sheesh.
